Univeva: your provider of personal and proactive services

We provide services in the area of accounting, tax consulting, payroll, financial managment and data processing in Excel.

Our goal is to provide the services you need in the most efficient collaborative way possible.

We would be happy to help you to process your administration efficiently or to calculate and interpret figures for you as an instrument for your business success.

We are based in Zurich, but serve the whole of Switzerland in German or English. This can be done easily via e-mail, phone, mail or virtual conferences and you can look at our screen and vice versa if necessary. You don't need to install anything.

    • For SMEs, the accounting must comply with the rules of the law and the financial situation must be realistically assessable on the basis of the accounting. Otherwise there will be problems and we do not want that.
    • When accounting for subsidiaries of large corporations, it is also important that many items are correct down to the cent right from the start, otherwise experience has shown that highly paid controllers and managers from all over the world will take it up and ask questions, which would unnecessarily increase the total costs for the group. In contrast, for an SME owned by a single owner, who is not accountable to anyone, such high accuracy is not necessarily required.
  • Because we can automatically import entries into the bookkeeping in many more cases than other fiduciaries (see Importing Accounting Entries)
  • Because we have a certain IT knowledge, also about ERP systems. This is helpful, for example, when it comes to discussing whether you should get your own accounting program or not and which one.
