Base Requirements for the Price Calculator

For the price calculator to provide a realistic price, the following is required:

• All vouchers and receipts are delivered to us neatly sorted. Either:
  
  • as paper sorted in a folder or
  • electronically and sorted
• We receive electronic bank statements for all your bank accounts. These statements can be downloaded from online banking or requested from your account manager. Acceptable formats include Excel, CSV, and camt.053.
• The "cheapest" accounting system was selected. If a different accounting system is desired, the costs must be clarified individually. Nevertheless, even when "other" accounting system is entered, the price calculator often provides a realistic price.

Price Based on Time Spent or Fixed Price

You can choose to be billed based on time spent or a fixed price.

We will inform you of any price increases in advance. This applies to hourly rates as well as flat fees.
