Pricing Audit

We provide limited audits under Swiss law. We would be happy to discuss with you, free of charge, whether a limited audit is sufficient for your situation.

If a limited audit is insufficient, a full audit is necessary. Full audits involve more work and are therefore more expensive.

We offer limited audits starting from CHF 1,600 (plus VAT). These are, for example, foundations with little activity or almost inactive companies. Larger companies cost more.

Any quoted price is an estimated cost. Our professional code of conduct stipulates the price must be related to time spent. This ensures that we maintain high-quality work even if the workload unexpectedly increases. Nevertheless, we will adhere to the cost estimate unless fundamental circumstances change.

Fundamental changes would include, for example: A company grows rapidly within a year, acquires another company, or gets into financial difficulties with uncertain financing and the auditor has to spend significantly more time fulfilling its legal control obligations, etc.

Planned price increases will be communicated in advance and will be valid for the audit in the following year.
